New Digital Forms

…as we welcome back our clients to Studio Evolve, we’re asking that you fill out your release forms and covid’questionnaires online before arriving…as we are streamlining our process, using less paper, and removing the need to share pens, in order to minimize transmission possibilities…online forms are password protected, encrypted, and equal to hippa compliant standards…so don’t worry, your information is secure, and will be deleted once retrieved…please help us stay as safe as we all can at the shop, and fill these out as our desk staff emails you the private link, when they are calling to confirm your appointments…thank you for your continued support!

 

Reopening Friday May 15th

We are reopening our doors on Friday May 15th

According to the most recent addresses by Governor Northam, and to the best of our current knowledge, Studio Evolve will be reopening our doors on Friday May 15th, normal business hours (11-9 Tuesday through Saturday)…at a limited capacity, for the immediate future, and until further notice.
 
All of our clients with appointments which have been cancelled, since the pandemic shut down started on 3.25.20, will be contacted this week to reschedule and confirm current dates.
 
Please note, not all of our tattooers will be coming back to work immediately, and we suggest that you email or call the shop, to gather that information, if you haven’t heard from us by the end of this week.

What We Will Do,
To Make Studio Evolve Safe

(in addition to our already existing strict safety standards)

  • All staff are required to wear face masks, at all times
  • All artists are required to wear face masks, at all times
  • We sanitize anything you touch at the front desk after each and every client
  • We will be sanitizing all common areas hard surfaces in the studio, once an hour that we are open, and again after we close at night
  • Everyone’s (no touch) temperature is taken everyday, and
    logged in our covid’19 questionnaires kept on file
  • We will be washing our hands frequently, as always

What You Must Do,
To Help Keep Studio Evolve Safe

  • Please be courteous and patient
  • Wait in line, 6 feet apart, on designated marks
  • No friends or family allowed in with you
  • You will be required to wear face masks at all times while in the building
  • Your (no touch) temperature will be taken upon entering the building
  • You will be required to fill out a covid’19 health screening questionnaire every time you visit our shop
  • Wash your hands when you enter, after check-in, and frequently throughout your visit

The health and safety of our clients and our tattoo family, is our utmost concern, and hope that you are all staying safe and healthy.

Monday, March 23, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam announced the mandatory closing of all non-essential businesses, and are now enforcing social distancing. Given the nature of tattooing, it more than makes sense that we comply and close our doors.
