With 17 years of experience in the tattoo industry, Marshall Sinclair has honed his craft through a unique blend of formal art education and hands-on experience. A Virginia Beach native, Marshall holds a BFA with a double concentration in painting and photography. Before transitioning full-time into tattooing, he spent four years as a high school art teacher in rural North Carolina, nurturing the creative talents of his students.

After completing an apprenticeship, Marshall became a full-time tattoo artist in 2009, and he’s been dedicated to the craft ever since. Known for his specialty in opaque greys and color tattoos, Marshall excels in neotraditional tattooing with an illustrative foundation. He also has a strong passion for color realism, portrait tattoos, modern traditional, geometric work, ornamental designs, and script.

Now a father, Marshall enjoys spending his free time with his son, and he brings the same dedication and creativity to his tattoo work as he does to his family.
